The name \u2018Masorini\u2019 comes from a late Iron Age site that can be found on a
\nprominent hillside 12kms from the Phalaborwa Gate in the Kruger National Park.
\nThe site was inhabited by the Sotho speaking Ba-Phalaborwa tribe during the
\n1800\u2019s who developed an advanced and sophisticated industry of mining, smelting
\niron ore and trading in these iron products.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The lodge was born in 1998 and results from a passion for the African bush. It is
\nowner built and operated and ensures a personal and enlightening visit. Relax
\nand enjoy peaceful surroundings in the bush while engaging your senses of
\nsight, sound and smell of the African Bush – the sight of freely roaming game –
\nthe sound of abundant bird life – the scent of wild fruits and flowers<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Our accommodation is in thatched chalets which are either self-catering or catered
\nfor. Each unit consists of a bedroom, bathroom en-suite with your own private
\npatio and braai facility. With our comfortable accommodation, delicious meals
\nand warm hospitality, we aim to provide a memorable stay with a \u201cTouch of
\nAfrica\u201d and a \u201cTaste of Home\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
