Masorini Bush Lodge is a hidden gem on the outskirts of Phalaborwa. Fully powered by solar energy and its own well water.
Our beautiful lodge offers self-catering chalets. Features two A frame chalets, six rondavel chalets, one family chalet (sleeps 4 max) and two luxury safari tents.
All chalets and safari tents are equipped with a private bathroom, toilet, king-size bed, outdoor kitchen (including the necessary crockery, cutlery and pots and pans) and have a terrace with a soothing view of the bush.
As of May 2024, Masorini Busch Lodge is COMPLETELY connected to solar power so that the rooms will still have electricity even during power outages. We also have our own well so that we can always provide our guests with water.
At Masorini Bush Lodge, we make sure that your visit will be relaxing and above all relaxing, because here you can enjoy nature and the animals roaming around in peace.
All major attractions are a short distance from our lodge. Our lodge is located just 5 kilometers from Phalaborwa and 8 kilometers from one of the entrances to the National Kruger Park.
Phalaborwa is a mining town and has a mine almost 2,000 meters in diameter. It is the widest man-made hole in Africa.
Masorini Bush Lodge is not a big 5 location, but there is plenty of wildlife walking around such as impala, wild boar, waterbuck, duikers, guinea fowl and more. And if you’re lucky, an elephant too!
When you feel the need for relaxation, you can walk freely around our 42-acre grounds.
Masorini Bush Lodge also features a water dam where the animals come to drink.
For guests who want full catering, Masorini Bush Lodge offers breakfast and dinner in addition to self-catering. Here the best local and fresh products are used. All this is served under the lapa.
If you wish to take advantage of dinner or braai, you must make reservations 24 hours in advance.
So come and enjoy the magic of Africa in this bush setting and discover all that the Greater Kruger region has to offer!
